Luxury vinyl plank · Treasure Valley, Idaho
LVP flooring installation, done to the spec under the floor.
We install luxury vinyl plank and nothing else. That means the subfloor gets measured against the manufacturer’s flatness tolerance, slabs get moisture tested, layout gets planned before anything is cut, and the stairs and transitions get the same attention as the field.
- LVP only — installation, replacement, prep, stairs, trim
- Subfloor flatness survey with every estimate
- Slab moisture testing before slab-level installs
- Written scope with prep quoted as its own line
What we do
Five services, all of them luxury vinyl plank.
A flooring generalist quotes an LVP job on square footage. We quote it on what is under the existing floor, because that is the variable that decides both the price and whether the floor is still flat in five years.

Not sure which you need?
Most projects combine two or three of these. Describe what you have now and we will tell you what the scope actually looks like.
Why the specialisation matters
LVP fails in predictable ways. All of them start below the plank.
Hollow spots, clicking seams, peaked joints, cupped glue-down, trapped odour over a slab — every one of these traces back to a substrate condition that was measurable before installation and was not measured.
See how a project runs- We measure flatness, not vibes
- A 10-foot straightedge across a grid, with the readings written down and handed to you with the estimate.
- We test slabs before we trust them
- Relative humidity testing per the product's requirement, because concrete keeps releasing moisture long after it feels dry.
- Prep is a separate line
- A flat new Meridian slab and a settled Boise bungalow are not the same job, and they should not carry the same rate.
- Layout planned before cutting
- Plank direction, stagger, and where a floating run has to break — decided at the start, not improvised at the doorway.
